Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound customer contacts with a focus on improving customer experience.
• Handle rental sales and guide customers through the sales process to generate leads.
• Maintain rental truck inventory levels in coordination with Maintenance and Asset Management.
• Optimize scheduling and planning to improve workflow productivity.
• Generate purchase/repair orders and maintain relevant files.
• Assist with inventory planning and warranty activities to contain costs.
