Job summary

CTI, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and coordinating hotel accommodations for drivers and traveling staff.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and thrives in a high-volume environment, delivering top-notch service with strong communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or trucking industry preferred.
• Data Entry experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Accept customer orders and instructions for loading and delivery of all commodities.
• Coordinate delivery times and schedules with customers and dispatch.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person, providing accurate information about services, schedules, and policies.
• Handle customer complaints and issues efficiently, resolving them or escalating as needed.
• Work with dispatch, logistics, and sales to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Coordinate hotel overnights for drivers and traveling employees.
• Maintain hotel reservation listings and send proofs of delivery.
