CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to support Whirlpool customers and installers. You’ll manage inquiries, schedule services, and resolve issues within strict SLAs, ensuring timely communication with customers, Whirlpool, and CRST teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics customer service
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Proficiency in data entry and customer management systems
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual for assigned shift

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from Whirlpool customers and provide timely information and support
• Schedule service windows and follow up with customers and installers
• Process warm leads and record product sales quickly and accurately
• Record, track, and escalate issues to Whirlpool and CRST managers when needed
• Manage service orders, upload documentation, and update Whirlpool’s systems
• Track installer escalations and provide updates to supervisors and managers
• Perform daily tasks including inventory scans and paperwork completion
• Resolve Whirlpool escalations within SLA timelines
• Act as liaison between Whirlpool customers, CRST teams and internal departments
