CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc in McDonough, GA is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator to be the first contact for Whirlpool customers and installers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely escalations within SLAs.

You'll coordinate scheduling, update orders, manage service tickets, and liaise with Whirlpool and internal teams to deliver safe, reliable service, with a comprehensive benefits package and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics customer service or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient data entry with attention to detail.
• Experience using customer management systems or CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from Whirlpool customers and provide timely information.
• Call customers to provide service time windows and conduct follow-ups, including surveys.
• Receive warm leads and process product sales quickly and accurately.
• Record, track, and escalate issues to Whirlpool and CRST managers as needed.
• Manage service orders, upload documents, and update Whirlpool systems with accurate data.
• Track installer escalations and provide updates to supervisors.
• Perform daily tasks including inventory scans and paperwork completion.
• Resolve Whirlpool escalations within SLA timelines.
• Liaise between Whirlpool customers, CRST service teams, and internal departments.
