Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and trust with clients by delivering exceptional service.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry of shipping and receiving information.
• Process customer orders and manage order flow.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound activity for assigned accounts.
• Run and print shipments from WMS.
• Run stock reports to check product availability.
• Generate paperwork and information for customer work orders.
• Check orders for special requests and notify customers of activity.
• Verify customer information and invoicing accuracy.
• Handle returned merchandise and process customer credits.
• Investigate and communicate client complaints.
• Oversee shipping and receiving activity for the Customer Service Department.
• Liaise between warehouse, customers, and offices regarding accounts and invoicing.
• Prepare activity reports and research discrepancies in shipping/receiving.
