Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support order processing and inventory in our warehouse. You will perform data entry, ensure accurate records in the WMS, and assist with documentation for domestic and international shipments.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to handle physical tasks, and flexibility to work overtime. Location is on-site in Tracy, CA, with a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read (fine print) and write in English, including reading, understanding and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of warehouse experience
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed
• Experience entering and maintaining information in a WMS
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
• Conditional offer recipients may be required to take and pass a pre-employment drug test

Responsibilities

• Process orders and maintain inventory in a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Perform data entry tasks
• Research and correct transaction errors
• Handle domestic and international shipping documents
• Perform duties outside normal responsibilities as needed
