CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator I in Aurora, CO to support cargo deliveries by coordinating with customers and motor carriers.

You will plan routes, manage orders, and maintain clear communication with all parties to ensure timely and accurate shipments. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to perform effectively in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and motor carrier partners to track cargo and gather delivery information.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes using dispatch systems to ensure efficiency and timeliness.
• Handle order changes (rescheduling, cancellations, modifications) with clear follow-up with customers.
• Serve as the main contact between customers, clients, and motor carriers to ensure smooth communication.
• Communicate clearly with motor carriers to maintain coordination per guidelines.
• Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
• Ensure daily work assignments are completed on time and escalate issues as needed.
• Keep internal departments informed about issues or complaints with needed updates.
• Oversee Proof of Delivery (POD) process including collecting and auditing documents.
