CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking an Installation Manager to lead Whirlpool product installations in the McDonough, GA area.

You will inspect installations, audit field teams, and coordinate with clients to keep projects on track, delivering safe, high‑quality service. In this client‑facing role, you’ll mentor teams, resolve issues in real time, and uphold CRST’s safety and service standards.

• Participate in daily reporting, dock meetings, and operations calls.
• Step in as backup support for Operations or Warehouse leadership when needed.

• Location: Onsite - 195 King Mill Rd McDonough, GA 30253
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, may vary depending on install schedule. Occasional Saturdays may be required.
• Compensation: This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the salary/hourly wage range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position: $55,000-$65,000 per year. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience, skills, and location.

About The Role

As the Installation Manager, you’ll ensure every Whirlpool product installation meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. In this role, you’ll spend time in the field reviewing work, auditing installation teams, and collaborating directly with clients to keep projects on track. This is a highly client-facing position where you’ll build strong relationships, troubleshoot challenges in real time, and help deliver an exceptional service experience. Your leadership will be key in upholding CRST’s commitment to safety, quality, and dependable service for our Whirlpool partner.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, installation, or logistics
• Familiarity with audit and compliance reporting processes
