Hamilton‑Ryker in Georgetown, KY is seeking a 3rd shift Customer Service Coordinator (Mon-Fri) to support logistics customers and suppliers. The role emphasizes data entry from drivers’ tracking systems, partner coordination, and ensuring compliance with handling procedures.

You will communicate with customers, drivers, carriers, and suppliers; maintain records; and work overtime or Saturdays as needed. This temp-to-hire position offers weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or over.
• Must comply with client’s substance abuse & background policy.
• Must have High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ experience in logistics or dispatch preferred.
• Must be computer literate and proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to logistics customers and suppliers.
• Data entry of all activity from drivers logistics tracking system.
• Track and confirm all logistics partners within the supply chain as defined meet their scope of work, and expectations.
• Confirm compliance of handling.
• Handle variance reports for client assembly plants and their suppliers supporting the communication scope as defined.
• Communicate effectively with customers, OTR drivers, Partner Carriers, and suppliers.
• Maintain proper records and ensure information is executed timely and correctly.
• Overtime as needed
• Saturday work as needed based on our customers work schedule
