Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operation of assigned logistics customers, including arrivals and departures and in-transit activities.
• Perform load scheduling with carriers and Ryder personnel.
• Analyze premium freight requests and book low-cost providers; manage routing.
• Manage Dedicated Contract Carriage (DCC) activities and carrier load optimization.
• Support off-shifts and weekend coverage; handle special routes and customer requests.
