Job summary

ManpowerGroup (USA) is partnering with a leading logistics organization to fill the role of Customer Service Logistics Coordinator in Carson, CA. You will support customer accounts, coordinate order processing with vendors, warehouses, and shipping teams, and prepare shipping documents.

This position requires accurate data entry, strong communication, and proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office. A high school diploma or GED is required; prior experience in warehousing or shipping is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience using WMS and warehouse processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Accurate typing and data entry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based apps.
• High school diploma or GED; prior logistics or shipping experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customer accounts by addressing needs promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate the logistical processing of customer orders with vendors, warehouse, and shipping teams.
• Prepare shipping documents such as labels, compliance labels, and Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information.
• Resolve product or service issues by identifying the cause, explaining solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
