Job summary

Midwest Express Co. in Illinois is looking for an experienced Trucking/Logistics Customer Service Representative to support daily operations in our fast-paced dispatch environment.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a start time of 4:30 PM and pay at $19.00 per hour, paid weekly. Ideal candidates will communicate well across phone, email, and in person, demonstrate strong PC skills, and meet demanding deadlines while delivering reliable service to our customers.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience of 1 year is required.
• Experience in trucking/logistics of 1 year is required.
