Job summary

Midwest Express Co. in Duncansville, PA is hiring a Linehaul Driver to operate tractor-trailers on local routes with a 03:30 start, Mon–Fri. Earn $0.745 per mile with weekly pay, plus medical/dental/vision/life/401K after 90 days and PTO.

Responsibilities include safe operation, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, logging hours, and coordinating with dispatch to reach delivery windows.

Qualifications

• Must be 22 years old with 2 years of over-the-road driving experience.
• HazMat endorsement required or obtainable within 90 days.
• No DUI or felonies.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and TSA background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailers safely and efficiently on assigned local routes.
• Lane goes to PHL, EWR or IAD airports and surrounding areas and returns daily to Duncansville terminal.
• Perform timely pickup and delivery of freight.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and company safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Maintain accurate logs of working hours and vehicle maintenance as required by company policy.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow route schedules to optimize delivery times and maintain service reliability.
