Job summary

DHL Express in the United States (Guam region) is seeking a customer service and operations support specialist for the Service Center. You will answer calls, greet visitors, resolve billing issues, and coordinate shipment tracking and pickup/delivery details.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, prior customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. FAA, TSA, and CBP background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service/support or related field.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Must pass FAA, TSA, and CBP background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service, sales and operational support for the Service Center.
• Answers phone and greets visitors.
• Resolves billing problems in relation to the Service Center.
• Research shipment tracking requests and provides feedback; resolves misplaced shipments.
• Communicates with Sales/Service to resolve customer problems.
• Dispatches pick-up and delivery information; arranges daily pick-up schedules.
• May process import/export documentation and assist in customs clearance in some markets.
