Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Customer Service professional in the United States to join a fast-paced logistics team. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, clear communication with clients and drivers, and coordinating dispatch activities within a TMS environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word) and familiarity with warehouse management systems (e.g., JDA, Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, SAP).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience.
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs.
• Provide product, service, and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.
• Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint and determine the best solution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information; assist with order and product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
