Job summary

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least 2 years in customer service or office administration, strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, plus proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track delivery schedules to provide real-time updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of Temco Logistics’ products and services to support inquiries.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations and service quality.
