• Coordinate transportation scheduling with customers and operations.

• Serve as primary contact for urgent customer concerns.
• Promote cross-functional teamwork to meet customer needs.
• Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions.
• Route issues beyond reps to CSR Manager.
