Responsibilities

• Manage rental truck inventory levels in coordination with Maintenance and Asset Management.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Execute scheduling and planning to improve productivity.
• Process purchase/repair orders and maintain files.
