Job summary

Temco Logistics is seeking a proactive CSR with dispatching/routing experience to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction in our final-mile delivery services.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and data-entry skills, with experience in call centers and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass prescreen requirements for employment.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook.
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy office setting.
• 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Data entry and typing skills.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with open driving routes daily.
• Monitor drivers and their routes.
• Complete paperwork daily.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer concerns.
• Schedule and confirm delivery teams daily.
• Map locations and provide directions.
• Prepare paperwork for next day routes.
• Read route sheets and plan trips to save time and fuel.
• Communicate with dispatch, customers, and drivers about routes.
