Job summary

Ascendo-Resources is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor in Medley, FL to lead a small CS team in a fast-paced logistics and warehouse environment. The role reports to operations and interfaces with warehouse, transportation, inventory, and billing teams.

Responsibilities include supervising a team of CS Representatives, ensuring timely issue resolution, and coordinating 3PL activities. The position involves inventory oversight, bonded cargo documentation, and involvement in import/export

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or team lead experience is required.
• Strong inventory tracking and control experience.
• 3PL/logistics exposure is required; experience with bonded cargo documentation is a plus.

Customer Service Supervisor

Location: Medley, FL
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm
Compensation: $60,000 annualized during temporary period; $65,000 upon permanent conversion

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead a small customer service team within a fast-paced logistics and warehouse environment. This position will oversee daily customer service operations while working closely with warehouse, transportation, inventory, and billing teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, support, and provide daily direction to a team of Customer Service Representatives.


• Oversee customer accounts and ensure timely resolution of service issues.


• Coordinate 3PL activities involving containers, trucks, warehouse orders, and shipments.


• Monitor inventory activity and help ensure inventory records are accurate.


• Support import and export operations and related documentation.


• Handle documentation associated with bonded cargo and in-bond shipments.


• Assist with accounts receivable and billing processes.


• Coordinate closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.


• Help identify and resolve inventory, shipment, billing, and customer discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory, management, or team leadership experience required.


• Strong inventory tracking and inventory control experience required.


• Previous 3PL/logistics experience required.


• Experience working with bonded cargo and related documentation.


• Knowledge of U.S. in-bond movements, including Type 61 (Immediate Transportation), Type 62 (Transportation & Exportation), and Type 63 (Immediate Exportation).


• Import operations and export documentation experience.


• Experience with accounts receivable and/or billing.


• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment.


• Spanish and English language skills preferred.
