Job summary

Expeditors is a global logistics company seeking a Logistics Clerk in Irving, TX. You will handle daily order processing, data entry, and documentation to support warehouse operations and customer orders.

You will generate accurate reports, manage inventory records, and assist with invoicing and credit information while maintaining strong vendor relationships. This role offers growth opportunities within a friendly, professional team.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
• Fluent English communication.
• 1 year related experience or training or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Process and input customer orders and distribution accounts daily.
• Provide daily operational reports that are accurate and timely.
• Prepare paperwork for customer work orders and post inventory records.
• Perform data entry for receiving, order allocation, shipping and inventory management.
• Rate domestic transportation bills.
• Trace orders and notify customers of activity.
• Ensure accurate billing with clients and vendors.
• Maintain damage records and backorder logs.
• Provide documents to warehouse staff for receiving and shipping.
• Liaise between warehouse and customer on invoicing and credit information.
• Maintain relationships with vendors.
• Support miscellaneous projects, filing and research.
• Ensure compliance with OPS and applicable regulations.
• Escalate problems to management when necessary.
