Job summary

ELTA North America is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage warehouse operations, receiving goods, stocking shelves and coordinating shipments. The role serves as the liaison between suppliers and customers to ensure organized and accurate deliveries.

Responsibilities include inventory control, packing and shipping, invoice review, and compliance with export regulations. Candidates should have 1+ year warehouse experience and strong Excel/Word skills.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and time-management skills.
• Commitment to quality standards and continuous improvement.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or AS9100 a plus.
• Experience with ITAR and import/export of defense items desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming/outgoing shipments against quantities, part numbers, serial numbers and types.
• Store and catalog inventory; create packing lists, logs and records.
• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup per schedule; load, pack, label and ship.
• Audit freight costs and documentation; review invoices and purchase orders.
• Coordinate deliveries for RMAs; ensure space, cleanliness and safety in the warehouse.
• Operate forklift and manage shipments from dock to storage area; support inventory events.
