Job summary

Royal Ingredients Group in the United States is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound transportation across FTL, LTL, intermodal, drayage and ocean freight. You will monitor shipments, coordinate with carriers and warehouses, and resolve transport issues to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

• Familiar with container logistics and transportation costs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drayage and deliveries to warehouses and customers.
• Arrange transportation bookings and secure carrier capacity.
• Monitor shipments and resolve delays and issues.
• Review invoices and dispute incorrect transportation charges.
• Support cargo claims and transportation-related issues.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and communicate with partners.

The role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound transportation across FTL, LTL, intermodal, drayage and ocean freight. You will monitor shipments, container availability and delivery schedules, coordinate with carriers and warehouses, and resolve transportation issues. You will also review freight invoices, maintain accurate logistics records and work closely with internal and external partners to ensure smooth day-to-day logistics operations.
