Rome Logistics Group is seeking an Entry-Level Logistics Coordinator in Charlotte, NC. This in-office role supports operations and sales to coordinate shipments, track progress, and resolve issues, with a base salary of $50,000–$60,000 plus a bonus structure after 3 months.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of logistics experience or related education; strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills are beneficial. Training is available for the right candidate in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

Responsibilities

• Freight quoting: obtain quotes from carriers and negotiate competitive rates.
• Order entry: accurately enter orders and coordinate with sales and customer service.
• Tracking shipments: monitor status and provide ETA updates.
• Problem-solving: identify and resolve issues to improve efficiency.
