Taylor Logistics Inc. is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Norwood, OH. You will liaise with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure accurate shipment data, timely deliveries, and responsive problem resolution.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. Experience in logistics or transportation is preferred.

Position Overview

The Logistics Coordinator plays an important role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting daily logistics operations. This position works closely with internal teams, customers, and carriers to ensure shipments are coordinated efficiently, information is accurate, and issues are resolved promptly.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain shipment information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and provide status updates as needed.
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments through phone, email, and online customer portals.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve shipment exceptions and service-related issues.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations.

Compensation
