You will work with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure accurate information, efficient shipments, and prompt issue resolution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.

• Manage inbound and outbound communications with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities
