You will work with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure accurate information, efficient shipments, and prompt issue resolution. • Identify, communicate, and resolve shipment exceptions and service-related issues.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations.
