Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Logistics Coordinator, Solar to act as the Owner’s representative on a construction-site project in the mainland U.S. You will oversee receiving owner-provided equipment, manage material and vendor equipment, and maintain data entry and project controls.

Daily reporting on progress, quality, and safety is expected, with close coordination with safety, engineering, and QC teams. The role requires a construction background with 3 years of similar experience and strong skills

Qualifications

• 3 years construction experience in similar roles.
• Experience coordinating owner-provided equipment.

Responsibilities

• Material and vendor equipment management.
• Daily/weekly/monthly progress, quality control and safety reporting.
• Record all receipts in Unifier per process.
• Ensure projects are implemented safely and in line with procedures, regulations, contracts.
• Walkdowns/inspection of owner materials.
• Interface with safety, engineering and quality control teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Construction Manager Solar, Engineering and Construction

Preferred Background:

Construction and material background with 3 years similar experience

Required Skillsets:

• Unifier skills for data entry document and project controls


• Organization and progress reporting


• Computer skills Outlook, PDF edit Word, Excel, document control systems and PowerPoint


• Communication with third parties and suppliers


• Schedule and planning understanding

Job Description:

To act as the Owner’s representative to oversee receiving of owner provided equipment. This position is responsible for quality control, scheduling, data entry, punchlist and other scope involved with receiving Modules, Racking and Power Conversion Units.

Job Responsibilities:

• Material and Vendor equipment material management


• Reporting daily, weekly and monthly on progress, quality control and safety


• Recording all receipts in Unifier per process


• Ensures projects are efficiently, effectively and safely implemented in accordance with department procedures, local regulations, contracts and policies


• Walks down and inspection of Owner material


• Interfaces with project's designated safety, engineering and quality control parties


• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
