Responsibilities include safety-conscious operations, on-site logistics coordination, and adapting to extended hours as needed. Per diem may apply for travel to projects.

• Ability to take and follow directions accurately.

These would be some of your responsibilities:

• Prep-work necessary before starting the day
• Manual Labor ( Must be able to bend and lift)
  
• Ability to learn solar construction requirements of the solar project
  

Minimum requirements for this job:

• Able to arrive on time
• A sound understanding of safety guidelines
• Decision-making skills, especially when under pressure
  
• Ability to work extended hours as needed
• Capacity to provide and follow directions

Job Compensation

Overtime is offered after 40 hours at a time and a half. Wages will be between $18-$26 depending on experience. Per diem Days worked if traveling to project.
