Job summary

Astronautics Corporation of America, headquartered in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to manage receiving from trucks, verify part numbers, and coordinate packing and shipment of products. You will handle forklift operations and ensure paperwork matches ERP and ERP-integrated systems, while adhering to safety policies.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to prepare domestic and international shipments, generate documentation, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

Minimum High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum one year of shipping and/or receiving experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Experience working with an ERP system.
Proficient computer skills and ability to learn multiple software applications.

Responsibilities

Read and verify pick list, packing list, and invoices.
Unload packages from trucks and verify information and paperwork.
Drive forklift to unload skids or supplier material and store them on pallet racking.
Prepare commercial, government, and export shipping documentation.
Create and process shipments using ERP, FedEx and UPS software.
Enter shipment details and tracking data into ERP systems and portals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
