Job summary

LHH is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced transportation and supply chain operations team. You will create and manage shipment orders, loads, and appointments, track shipments, and respond to customer and carrier requests to ensure on-time delivery.

In this role you’ll document shipment events, validate load data, support invoicing, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage shipment orders, loads, and appointments.
• Track, trace, and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Respond to customer and carrier requests via email and task boards.
• Document shipment events and follow escalation procedures as needed.
• Validate load data, maintain system accuracy, and support invoicing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
