Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• 1+ years of load planning, data coordinating or transportation and customer service experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accepting customer loads upon approval and organizing loads.
• Notifying customers of freight status.
• Maintaining communication with carriers and customers.
• Data entry into fleet management system.
• Resolving problems with customers or carriers.
• Negotiating contracts for freight shipments.
