Job summary

City Harvest is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in New York City to manage routing, dispatch, and data analysis that drive key outcomes for our food rescue network.

You will plan and monitor routes, implement improvements to increase on-time performance, and coordinate with Transportation, Network Relations, and BI teams to ensure smooth operations. Strong communication and data skills are essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Samsara, and Excel; familiarity with Power BI.
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day planning, routing, and logistics operations for City Harvest’s network.
• Provide real-time updates and act as a key point of contact for routing changes and urgent adjustments.
• Analyze operational data in Field Service, Samsara, and Power BI to identify trends and improvements.
• Assist in creating and maintaining routing documentation and SOPs.
• Contribute to KPIs like on-time performance, capacity utilization, and delivery success rates.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Network Relations, and BI teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
