Job summary

REFRESCO Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily logistics operations, coordinate shipments, and ensure cost-effective distribution. The role requires organizing shipments, working with providers, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The candidate should have 2 years in logistics coordination and experience with ERP/TMS tools, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills. Office-based with one day remote option; hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain or transportation management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of goods across multiple locations ensuring timely deliveries.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers and internal teams to manage shipping schedules.
• Monitor and track shipments and address delays.
• Work with regulatory and company guidelines for transportation and handling of goods.
