Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. seeks a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, shipping and receiving in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and drive cost control while ensuring GMP, food safety, and safety compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in warehouse management; APICS designation is a plus and experience with SAP and ERP systems is preferred. On-site role in a high-volume production setting.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree is required.
• APICS designation is a plus.
• 5+ years of warehouse logistics management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and shipping/receiving.
• Lead and direct staff including hiring, performance reviews and termination.
• Plan, train and develop staff; manage budget and cost control.
