• Review logs with shift personnel.
• Set up appointment freight deliveries.
• Maintain communication with customers.
• Assist in personnel training and evaluation.
• Recruit and train Service Center personnel.
• Ensure safety practices are followed.
• Handle special assignments.

Skills

Knowledge of the LTL/ Transportation Industry

Experience managing Drivers and Dockworkers

Fluency in English

Knowledge of the surrounding geographical area
