Job summary

Envases Ohio, LLC is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our Logistics team. This role coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, maintains inventory accuracy, and supports on-time delivery of materials and finished products within a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work with plant operations, quality, customer support, and freight carriers to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in shipping, receiving, logistics, or inventory control.
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing or distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process daily inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods transactions, focusing on high-volume lines.
• Coordinate daily carrier schedules and ensure on-time customer shipments.
• Verify incoming/outgoing freight against POs, BOLs, and shipping docs.
• Complete receipts, stock transfers, cycle counts, and other inventory transactions in ERP/WMS.
• Maintain accurate inventory information and prevent transaction backlogs.
• Check in freight drivers and coordinate dock door assignments.
