Hailiang Copper Texas, Inc. in Sealy, Texas, is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support the Campus Logistics Manager in coordinating daily logistics activities across the campus.

You will help ensure the efficient movement of materials, products, and shipments while maintaining accurate documentation and coordinating with internal departments and external transportation providers to support on-time delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other standard business applications.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and freight providers.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, bills of lading, packing lists, and delivery records.
• Track shipments and communicate delivery schedules and issues to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, customer service, and other departments to ensure material availability and on-time shipments.
• Assist with freight scheduling, carrier communication, shipment status updates, and issue resolution.
• Maintain shipment records, logistics reports, and tracking information.
• Support inventory movement and material transfers between campus buildings and production areas.
• Communicate logistics activities with company headquarters in China and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulations, and shipping requirements.
