Job summary

You will partner with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, maintain records, and support onboarding, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus. This role operates in a manufacturing environment and requires strong organization and responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of recruiting, HR coordination, onboarding, or HR administration.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing or high-volume environments preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency with MS Office.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Post open positions and manage job ads across channels.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare and extend employment offers as directed by HR management.
• Maintain candidate information and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Communicate with candidates and provide timely updates.
• Assist with job fairs and community recruiting events.
• Coordinate with staffing agencies when temporary labor is required.
• Track pipelines, offers, acceptances, and other recruiting metrics.
