Job summary

Setpoint-Integrated in Louisiana seeks a Warehouse Coordinator I to perform warehousing functions including shipping, receiving, deliveries, and forklift operation. You will assist with safety and quality programs, ensuring timely deliveries and safe handling of goods.

The role requires forklift certification, strong organizational skills, and reliable communication with customers and internal teams. Occasional overtime and travel may be needed based on schedule.

Qualifications

• HS Education or GED equivalent is preferred.
• TWIC and OSHA Safety Training are preferred.
• Forklift certification is required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily forklift inspection and operation.
• Receive, verify, and stock products per ERP procedures.
• Pull inventory, verify product, package, and ship per ERP procedures.
• Secure loads safely for transport and inventory pickup.
• Enter freight charges and ship confirmations.
• Verify delivery tickets align with PO and SO.
• Maintain company trucks and perform inspections.
• Keep warehouse clean and safe.
• Attend weekly training as schedule allows.
• Report safety, shipping, or inventory issues to supervisor/manager.
• Operate vehicles and equipment safely per regulations.
• Communicate professionally with customers as company representative.
