TAD PGS, Inc. in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our warehouse team. You will receive, stock and process shipments, generate packing lists, and coordinate deliveries while liaising between suppliers and customers to keep shipping organized.

Required is a High School diploma with at least one year warehouse and customer service experience. Proficiency in Excel/Word, strong communication, and the ability to lift 50 lbs are needed; forklift operations may be

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year warehouse experience and customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify shipments, match quantities and part numbers.
• Store and catalog inventory in company systems.
• Create packing lists, logs and records; record transactions.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup per schedule.
• Audit freight costs and documentation; review invoices and POs.
• Coordinate deliveries for RMAs; ensure proper loading and shipping.
• Maintain warehouse space, cleanliness and safety in daily operations.
• Operate forklift to move shipments when required.
• Assist with year-end and cycle inventory procedures.
