Job summary

Presidio in Fulton, MD is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily product receipts, inventory counts, and order fulfillment within our MyOrders system.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 1–3 years in shipping/receiving or warehouse work, and forklift/Pallet Jack experience. You will ensure accurate counts, proper packing, and safe handling of inbound and outbound shipments, while following ISO 9001:2008 procedures.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse environments.
• Knowledge of carriers, shipping and receiving methods.
• Experience in receiving, staging, packing and shipping in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Process daily product receipts within MyOrders.
• Assist in monthly/yearly physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Involved with daily receiving, storing and shipping of customer orders.
• Follow company ISO 9001:2008 procedures.
• Ensure inbound product is signed off with correct counts and notes.
• Verify vendor part numbers match customer orders.
• Notate updates to customer orders.
• Track product in/out of lab and staging areas.
• Package shipments properly and secure with packing materials.
• Address RMA issues and tracking.
• Lift up to 75 lbs.
