Plumbers Supply Co. in Louisville is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to keep our warehouse flow smooth and shipments on schedule. You will report to the Receiving Manager and play a key role in resolving discrepancies and maintaining accurate inventory.

The ideal candidate is organized, data-driven, and proficient with warehouse systems (Latitude) and Microsoft Office. You will coordinate with carriers and vendors, manage receipts and shipments, and help drive continuous

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse coordination or inventory management.
• Proficiency with warehouse systems; Latitude is a plus.
• Strong math, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receipt & Shipment Management: review open receipts in Latitude, verify paperwork and manage LTL shipments.
• Issue Resolution: own the 'Issue Shelf' and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Delivery Coordination: schedule truck deliveries and coordinate with carriers.
• Data Accuracy: maintain inventory records and generate reports.
• Relationship Management: build vendor and carrier relationships and follow up on late/damaged shipments.
• Process Improvement: identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Compliance & Audits: assist with cycle counts and audits.
