Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a logistics professional to manage daily shipping and receiving, PO processing, and inventory control at our Canton, MA location. You will support field technicians with parts inquiries and ensure proper transfer of materials in ACE, while maintaining logs and cycle counts to uphold inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• One to three years of logistics experience.
• Ability to perform physical labor up to 70 lbs.
• Experience in high volume transactional environments.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Access, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with Oracle or similar IT applications.

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive material daily.
• Receive purchase orders and process them.
• Maintain shipping and receiving logs.
• Create purchase order requisitions and obtain approvals.
• Support field technicians with parts inquiries.
• Handle receipts, issues and transfers in ACE system.
• Coordinate RMA requests and credit returns.
• Maintain inventory integrity and conduct cycle counts.
• Ensure on-time procurement of products and services.
