Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with railcar shipping and related software.
• Awareness of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Monitor and track rail and truck shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare and process invoices.
• Communicate shipping schedules with carriers.
• Assist in developing shipping procedures.
• Audit shipping labels for compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
