Qualifications

One to three years of experience in international shipping and logistics.
Experience with ERP systems.
Extremely organized.
Strong analytical skills.
Competent user of MS Office products.

Responsibilities

Review customer Sales Order Acknowledgement for completeness and accuracy.
Coordinate with Sales to resolve omissions or inaccuracies.
Maintain electronic filing of all shipping-related documents and paperwork.
Verify export compliance on “Do not ship” list for each end-user order using Visual Compliance system.
Screen Distributors and large OEMs quarterly.
Update service tracker with status and shipping information.
Coordinate with manufacturing and schedule shipments to achieve > 98% on-time delivery.
Prepare all documentation for outgoing shipments (International/Domestic).
Coordinate Pick-up with shipping companies.
