Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator I to manage inbound and outbound shipments, plan loads, and coordinate with customers, site staff, and carriers. You will handle returns tracking and act as the main customer service liaison to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of warehousing or DOT-related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound/outbound, planning, and distribution for the site.
• Provide customer service and manage returns tracking.
• Serve as primary Customer Service Representative and hub between customers, site staff, carriers, and drivers.
• Receive order requests, check availability, and prepare for shipment.
• Perform load planning, routing, and coordination for Inbound/Outbound shipments.
• Communicate with customer teams about inventory, scheduling, and delivery requirements.
• Enter and manage special client requirements in workflow system.
• May attend regional deliveries to validate processes and manage customer expectations.
