Kenco Group is hiring a Logistics Coordinator I to manage inbound and outbound processes, coordinate shipments, and serve as the central communications hub for customers and internal teams. The role supports load planning, inventory management, and coordination with carriers and drivers.

The position requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic warehousing environment. Travel expectations are modest.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of warehousing or DOT-related experience.
• General administrative duties including data entry, filing and correspondence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and/or outbound processes and manage workloads for floor staff.
• Maintain inventory levels and report to leadership.
• Serve as the main Customer Service Representative and coordinate with customers, site personnel, carriers, and drivers.
• Receive order requests, check availability, and prepare for shipment.
• Plan loads, route, and coordinate outbound/inbound activities using WMS/TMS.
