Job summary

Kenco is seeking a Logistics Coordinator I to coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, planning, and distribution at the site. The role includes customer service and returns tracking, with duties spanning load planning, scheduling, and documentation.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year in warehousing or a DOT-related environment, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of warehousing or DOT-related experience.
• General administrative duties including data entry, filing, and calls/emails.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key Customer Service Representative and central communication hub with customers, site personnel, carriers, and planners.
• Receive order requests, identify availability, and prepare for shipment.
• Plan daily loads and coordinate inbound/outbound requests using warehouse/transport management systems.
• Communicate with the customer team about inventory, sales requirements, and delivery scheduling.
• Ensure special customer requirements are actioned and entered into workflow schedules.
• May attend regional deliveries to validate processes and manage customer expectations.
• May coach clerks on internal issues and customer concerns.
• May handle Safety Resource Officer trainings for new clerks/leads.
• Other duties as assigned, including some warehouse clerk tasks.
