• Serve as primary contact for customers, carriers, drivers, and warehouse teams.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, schedule appointments, communicate requirements.
• Enter and monitor orders in the warehouse management system.
• Confirm shipment details, inventory availability, delivery expectations, and special handling.
• Provide timely updates on order status, progress, delays, and service concerns.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and transportation documentation.
• Review bills of lading, packing lists, delivery receipts for accuracy.
• Assist with billing and ensure documentation supports charges.
